About the Role

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an energetic and motivated New and Pre-Owned Sales Executive to become part of our team at ZMG Isuzu Dealership. This essential role focuses on enhancing sales performance while providing outstanding customer service to our valued clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for the automotive sector, a proven history of meeting sales goals, and the capability to cultivate enduring relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Generation:
• Actively engage with customers to comprehend their needs and preferences, offering them suitable vehicle options from our collection of new and pre-owned Isuzu vehicles.

2. Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the entire sales journey, from the initial inquiry to the delivery of their vehicle and beyond.

3. Product Knowledge:
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the features, advantages, and specifications of all vehicles in our inventory to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

4. Test Drives:
• Organize and conduct test drives for potential customers, ensuring they have a positive and informative experience.

5. Sales Documentation:
• Prepare and manage all required sales documentation, including sales contracts, finance applications, and vehicle registration forms.

6. Follow-up:
• Keep in regular contact with prospective and existing customers to build relationships and secure repeat business and referrals.

7. Sales Targets:
• Consistently meet and surpass the monthly and quarterly sales targets established by the dealership.

8. Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.

9. Marketing and Promotions:
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain current ones.

10. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including finance, service, and parts, to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Minimum Diploma (Additional qualifications in sales or automotive management are a plus).

Experience: 2-4 years of automotive sales experience, ideally in a dealership setting.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with customers.

Organizational Skills:

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technology:

  • Proficient in using Dealership Management Systems software.

Driving License:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
